  1. Thanks for the information. I just started getting into body building and studying the nutritional requirements for building muscle. So far, I've only been taking whey protein and creatine, but I've read that I can benefit greatly from glutamine and Leucine. Are these supplements worth the money for a beginner? or should I stick with just what I'm using now?
